Founded in 2008, Con App Inc. of Maryland is a full-service drywall and paint company specializing in new residential construction. Based in Damascus, our geographic footprint covers the state of Maryland to the Bay Bridge, Pennsylvania as far north & west as Chambersburg and Berkeley, and Jefferson counties of West Virginia.  We have an expansive and diverse client portfolio with six of our clients in the top twenty-five of the nation’s largest builders. Our dynamic and flexible approach is tailored to each client’s individual needs regardless of their size.  This allows us to serve large, small, and regional builders alike with a high level of customer service.

The Con App Inc. Maryland management team has acquired over 80 years of experience used to strategically improve the processes, procedures, and quality for our builders.  Our service department encompasses a staff of over 30 field technicians to cover all the service needs of our clients.  Our customer-focused approach based on reliability, and active field management has made us the choice drywall and paint company in the marketplace.  We are aggressively growing and actively looking for new builders to partner with.
