Con App Inc. currently serves 8 national and regional home builders in South Carolina and operates from three locations with a fourth location opening soon. The Hilton Head and Savannah regions are serviced by the Ridgeland, SC office. The Charleston region is serviced by the Summerville, SC location. The Myrtle Beach region is serviced from the third location in Myrtle Beach, SC.

The newest office will be opening in Columbia, SC in 2023 to service the Midlands Region.
